If your newspaper was damaged, missing sections or has not arrived by the delivery deadline. (5:00 AM Mon-Fri 6:30 a.m. Saturday and 6:30 a.m. Sunday in most areas.) Please contact Circulation Customer Service.

Q: Can I set up my subscription to be paid automatically?
You may set up your subscription to renew quarterly, semi-annually or yearly. No more paper bills to worry about! Q: What if I only want the paper on Sunday?
The Columbian offers a seven-day-a-week home delivery service. We are confident that you will find receiving the paper every day is a very valuable resource. There are special sections, ads and coupons that only run during the week! If you still aren’t convinced, The Columbian has over 600 newsstands across the county to serve our customers who do not wish to get the paper every day of the week.

Q: How do I stop my paper when I will be out of town?
Call Circulation Customer Service and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you with this.

Q: What happens to my paper while I’m on vacation?
There are a few options available to you.

• Donate my papers to NIE*
• Hold my papers for delivery when I return
• Extend my subscription

* The NIE program, or “Newspapers in Education” provides students and teachers with newspapers for their classroom at no charge. For every one paper that you donate through a vacation stop, the Columbian donates two more on your behalf.
